Comfortable rooms with good views. The air conditioning setup is unique with two options, a nice surprise.

The breakfast menu needs more variety, especially for those with dietary restrictions. One of the phones and the bath mirror light didn't work in the Superior room, indicating some maintenance issues. The spa experience fell flat, with a massage area that lacked relaxation due to poor lighting and design. A letter in the room had a rather alarming tone regarding extra charges for damages.

polite staff, good views of ararat mountain, everything is good. the rooms are fairly quiet and perfect with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. there is a lot of supplies like : a personal safe, climate control, and a minibar.

Stylish and wonderful hotel with incredibly nice personnel at the reception desk. Reasonably large and nice styled room with central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television, and large bed. Great breakfast and delightful views of Ararat mountain. Good location, a short walk to an art museum. And short walk to restaurant and the town center.

The room was spacious and had comfy beds, super nice. I loved that it had everything I needed. The view from the window was a perk too! The only downside was the bathroom could use some updates. The air conditioning wasn't the best. Great stay!

The location was perfect. A quiet area yet close to the center. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. Our superior room was impressively spacious, and the breakfast selection was tasty with a pleasant atmosphere.

Group relaxing experience

The staff were polite, especially Sirarpi and Angela, they were really good for us. I loved that breakfast buffet, always something new and delicious every morning, made it hard to choose just one dish!

It wasn't exactly a bargain , but for the quality and experience, I felt it was still reasonable.
